CALC-8 calculator with RAM.
A keypad, full adders and 8-bit RAM inside one IC. Enter 7, add 5 and trace how the result becomes 12.
Explore gates, memory and clocks. Change inputs in the preview, or open a complete project in LogicForge.
Use Left and Right Arrow to choose a circuit. Use Tab to reach its controls; Enter or Space activates a button.
A and B feed XOR for the sum and AND for the carry. Use the input buttons to change their values.
Input A: 0. Input B: 1. Sum: 1. Carry: 0.
D is stored in Q on the rising clock edge. Set input D, then press the clock button. The second output is the inverse of Q.
Input D: 1. Q: 0. Q̅: 1.
A four-bit counter counts from 0 to 15, then returns to 0. Use Clock +1 to advance and Reset to clear it.
Count: 0. Binary: 0 0 0 0.
Drag components onto the canvas, connect pins and run the simulation. Signals, memory states and waveforms help you understand every step.
Choose digital logic or electrical circuits. Resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, NPN/PNP transistors and power sources have their own library with voltage and current readings.

Download for Windows or Linux, or open the browser editor. macOS and mobile versions are in development.
To download the installer, yes. LogicForge itself works offline: designing, simulating and saving projects require no connection.
Windows 10/11 x64 has the stable 0.20.5 release. Linux x64 is available as preview 0.20.5 in .deb and .tar.gz packages. Both include .NET and work offline.
Open ☰ → Example circuits and choose the half adder. Press Play, change the inputs and watch sum and carry. Then explore RAM or the calculator.
Yes. Select a circuit section with inputs and outputs, then create an IC. Reuse it and double-click to inspect its internals.
Save it as an .lfg file. The project contains the circuit and its IC definitions. Share the file so someone else can open it in LogicForge.
Try individual logic gates in your browser, learn how addition and memory work, or download the Windows editor or Linux preview.
